WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

• Kenya's Apex Insurance Brokers Association
• AIBK Strategic Plan 2026 – 2030
• Pan-African advocacy & regional outreach

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Insurance or a related field
• 15+ years' experience; at least five (5) years in senior leadership
• Proven experience in strategy execution, stakeholder engagement & advocacy
• Board governance & institutional transformation experience
