Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop medium- and long-term goals for reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, and conserving energyand water.
• Ensuring CPF Groupadheres to environmental, social, and energy mandates.
• Tracking resourceconsumption and utilizing tools to quantify the business's carbon footprint and broader climateimpact.
• Facilitate development and implementation of CPF Group sustainability policies and procedures.
• Develop programmes for educating and training employees to foster a culture of ecological awareness across all departments.
• Investigate critical incidents that negatively impact on sustainability.
• Design and executelong-term funding strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identifying, engaging, and maintaining strong relationships with institutional donors, corporate sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Collaborating with program and finance teams to ensure funded projects meet donor requirements, milestones, and reporting.
• Perform any otherduties as m a y be assigned from time to time

Requirements for appointment

• Bachelor's’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Marketing, or relevant field
• Master’s Degree in the relevant field an added advantage
• Relevant professional qualification/ certification

Experience Required

• At least 4 years relevant experience in a similar organisation or busy function
