Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in Development of medium- and long-term goals for reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, and conserving energy and water.
- Ensuring CPF adheres to environmental, social, and energy mandates.
- Tracking resource consumption and utilizing tools to quantify the business's carbon footprint and broader climateimpact.
- Facilitate development and implementation of CPF Group sustainability policies and procedures.
- Developprogrammesfor educatinga n d trainingemployeesto foster a culture of ecological awareness across all departments.
- Investigate critical incidents that negatively impact on sustainability.
- Design and execute long-term funding strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identifying, engaging, and maintaining strong relationships with institutional donors, corporate sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Collaborating with program and finance teams to ensure funded projects meet donor requirements, milestones, and reporting.
- Perform any otherduties as m a y be assigned from time to time
Requirements for appointment
- Bachelor's’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Relevant professional qualification/ certification
Experience Required
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar organisation or busy function
